💃 2 years in a row—way to go, yo! 🕺

So last year, right around this time, something rad happened. Great Place to Work® and Fortune recognized Gunderson Direct as one of the 50 Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing™.

Well, said radness has struck twice: we’ve been recognized again this year—29th out of 50!

Upon our first win, HR Director Jaki Rangel wrote a great blog highlighting some of the more ‘evergreen’ reasons why 100% of the agency’s employees said it’s a great place to work (that’s 43 points higher than the average U.S. company, BTW).

But, upon securing this recognition a second year in a row, it seems appropriate to highlight some more timely examples from the trailing twelve months. And who better to share reasons why employees love working here then some employees themselves?

Senior Account Manager Sarah Stone appreciates the importance Gunderson Direct places on work/life balance.

And every single employee—coast to coast—could wax poetic about the truly epic 20th Anniversary Celebration, which included a VIP experience at Universal Studios, all expenses paid!

At the end of the day, being recognized is great. And by Great Place to Work® and Fortune—that’s even greater than great. But the greatest recognitions of all are the everyday ones, that come from a diverse group of employees, for a panoply of reasons.
